Are your I-Cover™ products asbestos-free?

Yes. All I-Cover™ removable insulation jackets are manufactured using modern non-asbestos insulation materials sourced from trusted industrial suppliers.

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes. We supply Australian projects from our manufacturing facility and ship via air freight to all major Australian ports and regional destinations.

What are your lead times for a custom order?

Standard fabrication is 3-4 weeks from approved drawings. Subject to order volume. If you have an urgent shutdown requirement, contact us and we will advise whether an express option is available. We recommend contacting us at least 4 weeks before your planned installation date for a comfortable timeline.

How do I take measurements for a custom cover?

We’ll guide you through it. For most equipment, basic tape measurements (length, circumference, flange and stud positions) are enough for us to prepare accurate fabrication drawings.

For better accuracy, you can also share a GA drawings/3D/CAD files and site photos from different angles

These help us capture complex shapes and installation conditions more precisely.

Can I get a sample or trial cover before placing a larger order?

Yes. We can fabricate a single cover for trial and evaluation before you commit to a full project. Simply share your equipment details with us and we will provide a quotation for a trial cover, including delivery to your site.

We have many pieces of equipment to insulate. Can you handle a large project?

Yes. Our facility is designed to scale for large-volume orders — gas turbine insulation systems, entire valve schedules, large vessel and reactor jacket packages. We’ve supplied multi-hundred-piece projects for petrochemical plants. Contact us with your scope and we’ll provide a project-level proposal.

At minimum, please provide the type of equipment to be insulated, the operating temperature range, and approximate dimensions, or a sketch or photo. The more detail you can provide, the faster and more accurate our quotation will be.

Materials and Fabrication

I-Covers are manufactured by stitching insulation material between high temperature fabrics, additional fasteners are then added to the top fabric for ease of installation and removal. As result, we have removable insulation covers and blankets, which are flexible, durable and tough. They are also known as thermal insulation jackets because of these properties.

Types of I-Cover

I-Cover removable insulation covers can be customized as per the clients required. The main types are:

I-Cover for Hot Insulation: Standard Removable Insulation for hot surfaces in the range of 150°C - 900°C. These jackets can be customized to be oil proof for applications where oil leaks are a concern.
I-Cover for CUI: Insulation Covers for Corrosion Under Insulation are fabricated with hydrophobic insulation to keep the equipment dry. Suitable for 50°C to 150°C temperature range.
I-Cover for Cold Insulation: Insulation Covers for Chilled water systems for condensation control. Suitable for temperature range of 0°C to 50°C.
I-Cover with Heating Cable: Insulation covers with built in heating system. These are custom designed for anti-freeze requirement or in applications where the equipment requires heat tracing.

In the short term, removable insulation covers save costs in terms of disposal, labour and materials when insulation is opened for mechanical inspection and maintenance. In the long term, it protects assets from corrosion under insulation (CUI) through preventive maintenance. I-Cover CUI Series saves additional cost of expensive CUI inspection, which typically requires stripping a large section of piping and using Nondestructive Testing (NDT) to check the thickness of pipes.
