Offshore Pipe-in-Pipe Flexible Insulation

Aspen Aerogel Spaceloft® Subsea is an industrial thermal insulation for pipe-in-pipe application suitable for offshore oil & gas platforms. The insulation is ideal for high temperature, high-pressure applications in deep subsea pipelines as well as colder pipelines that can sometimes be found in deep fields.

Provides excellent performance for lines operating at higher temperatures over long lengths.
Suitable for long pipelines where inlet temperatures are low margin on hydrate or wax format is critical.
Thin profile minimises the usage limited space offshore.
Stable, low conductive to achieve the lowest possible Overall Heat Transfer Coefficient (OHTC) for the pipeline.
